Ceramic flat irons usually entails a flat iron plates made of ceramic or ceramic plated. Ionic flat irons entails the plates can be made of ceramic, tourmaline, jade, onyx, etc but it emits a negative ion charge which make the hair straighter and smooths the hair cuticle. I believe locks out the humidity to reduce the hair from frizzing up. IMO either or would be good, but I usually go with ceramic based on past experience.Ceramic flat Irons? VS. Ionic Flat Irons???
