Are ceramic flat irons really better than titanium? If so, why?

Im considering buying and Ozon titanium flat iron and they claim that it is better for your hair than ceramic. I have read other things that say ceramic is better but i couldnt really understand why.

it depends wat u want to do with it if u just want to flatn ur hair then buy a ceramic but if u wana curl n everything eles then u have to but titanium!
